If you are interested in private sessions or are a business owner, retreat center, yoga studio, fitness center or similar and would like to host this class, please email for details. We work with individuals and groups.

Yoga massage is a unique blending of yoga, massage therapy and energetic touch. We incorporate lymphatic flows, breathwork, restorative poses, and supportive props throughout the session. Massage of the head, neck, scalp, shoulders and legs is offered during restorative poses.

This class or workshop is designed to engage the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS). The PNS is responsible for sleep, digestion, relaxation, and repair. When our bodies nervous system is out of balance we tend to feel anxious, tense, and on edge. This combination of modalities facilitates bringing us out of fight or flight (sympathetic) and into rest and digest (parasympathetic).

No prior yoga or massage experience is necessary.
